About Me & My Approach

Hi, I’m Nikki and I am a holistic therapist dedicated to supporting you on your healing journey by integrating somatic therapy, breathwork, movement, and mindfulness practices. My approach is rooted in the belief that true healing starts from within. By combining techniques like somatic therapy, kinesiology, breathwork, and mindfulness, I help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and bring balance back to your life.

Every session is tailored to your specific needs and goals, whether you’re looking to release chronic tension, improve posture, manage anxiety, or address long-standing physical discomfort. My focus is on empowering you to understand and listen to your body, helping you build sustainable habits for better health and well-being.

Drawing from years of experience and a deep respect for the body's innate wisdom, I blend traditional healing techniques with a modern understanding of mind-body connection. Whether through private 1:1 sessions or group workshops, I aim to create a safe, supportive space for you to heal at your own pace.
