Wildflower: A Spring Awakening & Release Workshop

A 2-hour somatic workshop to move what's stuck and reconnect with aliveness. Beginning with cacao ritual, we'll move through gentle grounding, activating breathwork, dynamic embodied movement (shaking, stomping, intuitive dance), and deep guided rest. For bodies that need to discharge, not just relax.
