Services & Approach
What can a session help with?
My sessions support stress relief, chronic pain management, anxiety, posture improvement, and trauma healing using breathwork, kinesiology, somatic therapy, and movement practices.
What should I expect in a 1:1 session?
Each session is personalized to your needs. Techniques may include gentle movement, breathwork, hands-on adjustments, and self-awareness exercises.
Do I need experience in yoga or somatic therapy?
Not at all! My approach is accessible for all levels, including complete beginners.
Payments & Pricing
Do you offer sliding scale pricing?
Yes! I believe in accessibility, so all 1:1 services and classes offer a sliding scale or one-off affordable pricing options.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and cash for in-person sessions.
Location & Accessibility
Do I need to bring anything to a session?
For in-person sessions, wear comfortable clothing. If it's a movement-based session, you may want to bring a yoga mat (if you have one), water, and a small snack. Hydration and nourishment help support the body during and after the session. Any other equipment needed is usually provided by me unless otherwise stated.
Are sessions suitable for people with mobility limitations?
Absolutely! I tailor sessions to be inclusive and can adapt them for seated or supported movement if needed.
